There are already more fudge recipes on this blog, but one more was added at the request of the youngest. This is made in a slightly different way, with two colors.
If you don’t want 2 colors, use 500 g of dark chocolate and then use the entire can of condensed milk in one go.
Ingredients:
375 gr. dark chocolate
125 gr. White chocolate
1 can of condensed milk
1 orange (I use a hand orange because I often have one at home)
Orange food coloring
Preparation:
Weigh the chocolate into 2 separate bowls and have them ready.
Prepare a flat tray lined with foil or baking paper.
Weigh 300 gr. condensed milk in a pan. Grate the peel of the orange above this. Cut the orange and squeeze half of it and add this to the condensed milk.
Heat this, stirring constantly, until it starts to bubble gently. Pour this over the dark chocolate and stir well until all the chocolate has melted.
Now pour the fudge into the prepared, foil-lined container. Place this in the refrigerator for a while so that it can harden.
Now add the rest of the condensed milk to the pan with a few drops of orange food coloring. Heat this up while stirring. Pour this over the white chocolate and stir until the chocolate has melted.
Pour this over the orange fudge and spread well.
Let it harden in the refrigerator. Preferably leave overnight. And then you can cut it into pieces.
Enjoy your meal.
