Ideal for a quick and simple lunch or dinner. With ingredients that are almost standard here.
Dish for 2 people.
Ingredients:
2 cans of tuna in oil
2 to 3 tomatoes
small bag of iceberg lettuce
3 tbsp mayonnaise (or crème fraiche or half yoghurt)
1 tbsp sriracha sauce (if you like it spicy you can always add more)
1/2 cup cheddar (or whatever cheese you like)
Preparation:
Drain the tuna. Mix it in a bowl with the cheddar, mayonnaise and sriracha sauce.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes and, if necessary, the iceberg lettuce in strips.
That’s basically all the preparation. After this you can simply top the wrap with the tuna, lettuce and tomatoes. Roll up and cut it in half.
