Thai salad with tuna

A quick meal salad for 2 people. Really ideal with this warm weather. Ready quickly and without even having a burner on.

Actually also ideal with the current gas crisis 😉

Ingredients:

1 bag of lamb’s lettuce of 85 gr.

1 red onion

avocado

cucumber

1 can of tuna in water

handful of cashew nuts

2 tbsp fish sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 lime (juice)

2 tsp honey

dried chili flakes

Preparation:

Cut the onion into half rings. Cut the cucumber into quarter moons and the avocado into cubes. Divide this together with the lettuce over the 2 plates and mix well (it is easiest with your hands)

Roast the cashew nuts, if this has not already been done.

Now make the dressing in a separate container. Mix the fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice and some dried chili flakes together. Taste to see if the proportions are right and if not add more of something.

Drain the tuna and divide it over the lettuce on the two plates. Spoon the dressing over and finally garnish with the cashew nuts.

Serve with bread.
