Mixing two cultures is always dangerous, but this combination really produces delicious comfort food. And that in 1 pan.
Dishes for 4 people.
Ingredients:
250 grams Spaghetti
500 g minced meat
1 bag of taco seasoning
1 large white onion
2 Bell pepper (red)
2 cloves of garlic
1 can of diced tomatoes
Tex mes cheese or grated cheddar
water
Preparation:
Chop the onion and chop the garlic. Cut the pepper into cubes.
Heat the pan and fry the minced meat in it. As soon as fat is released, fry the garlic and onion. Add the taco seasoning and fry it all gently.
Add the pepper and fry it briefly.
When everything is nicely fried, add the tomato cubes and half a liter of water. Bring this to the boil.
As soon as this boils, add the Spaghetti. I break them in half because otherwise it is difficult to stir the pan. Make sure the Spaghetti is submerged in water.
Stir this well a few times, so that the spaghetti does not clump together.
Depending on the cooking time for your Spaghetti, let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. You have to remember to stir occasionally and check when your Spaghetti is done. Possibly add some water.
When the Spaghetti is done, let the pan cook a little dry. Then turn off the heat.
Sprinkle cheese over it and, with the lid on the pan, let the cheese melt briefly.
Serve with salad or just on its own.
Enjoy your meal.
