Meal salad for 3 to 4 people.
Ingredients:
Can of tuna steak in sunflower oil
1 ripe mango
100 g mixed lettuce
1/2 cucumber
1 red onion
1 avocado, eat ripe
100 g feta cheese
2 spring onions
1 lime (the juice)
Pinch of sweet chili (I have a carousel)
1 tbs honey
3 tbs olive oil
Pepper and salt
Preparation:
Mix the lime juice, sweet chili, honey, olive oil together with some salt and pepper well.
Cut the mango and cucumber into pieces. Cut the red onion and spring onion into rings.
Drain the tuna.
Mix the mango, cucumber, red onion and tuna together with half of the spring onion and the dressing thoroughly.
Cut the avocado into pieces and divide it over the salad together with the feta and the rest of the spring onion.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top and you’re done.
You can serve this deliciously with some baguette.
