It’s really salad time now. I’m really not going to cook extensively in this warm weather. Cooking some pasta or some rice is still possible, as long as the rest is cold.
Dish for 2 to 3 people.
You can serve this pasta salad for lunch or as a main course. But also as a side dish at a BBQ, for example.
Ingredients:
275 gr Pasta
150 gr. (Cocktail) Shrimp
Surimi
sweet pepper
100 gr. Cut iceberg lettuce
Red onion
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Crème fraiche
squeeze of lemon juice (from a bottle or fresh)
1 tbsp dill (dried or fresh)
salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cook the pasta as indicated on the package.
Make the sauce by mixing the mayonnaise, crème fraiche, lemon juice, dill and possibly. mix together salt and/or pepper. Taste and add if necessary. add extra spices. Set aside for a moment.
Take the Surimi apart. Cut the pepper and red onion into small pieces.
Put everything together with the pasta, Surimi, shrimp and sauce in a bowl and mix together.
Enjoy your meal.
