A delicious dessert based on the Banoffee Pie. Super simple to make and very tasty.
Recipe is for 12 desserts. Not too big desserts, but fine after a heavy main course.
Ingredients:
1 pack of Bastogne cookies
3 bananas
1 can of condensed milk
1/2 liter whipped cream
Chocolate to garnish
Preparation:
Place the can of condensed water in a pan of water. Make sure the can is well submerged in water. Bring the water to the boil and let it simmer over low heat for 1.5 hours. This can be done the day before.
Let the can cool thoroughly in (ice) cold water or simply on the counter. This depends on the time.
You now have Dulce de Leche.
Place the cookies in a food processor and grind finely. This can also be done by placing the cookies in a sealable bag and hitting them with a rolling pin or a pan.
Place the cookies at the bottom of the glasses.
Cut the bananas into slices and place them on the cookie sprinkle.
Add another scoop of Dulce de Leche.
Beat the whipped cream with some sugar until smooth. Spoon this onto the Dulce de Leche.
Garnish with chocolate curls.
