A dish that is easy to prepare. So easy when you have diners. Then it’s just a matter of putting everything on the plate and straight into the oven.
Dish for 3 people.
Ingredients:
2 chicken fillet
3 colors of pepper
2 red onions
3 tbsp jalapeno peppers
4 cloves of garlic
1 bag of Fajita seasoning (I use Santa Maria)
4 tbsp sunflower oil
wraps
There:
guacamole
sour cream
extra jalapeno
tex mex grated cheese
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan).
Cut the onions and peppers into narrow strips. Chop 2 cloves of garlic. Cut the jalepěno into pieces.
Mix half the bag of Fajita herbs (14 g) with 2 tbsp oil in a bowl and toss the vegetables, garlic and pepper through it. Pour this onto a baking tray, lined with baking paper, and set it aside.
Cut the chicken fillet into 2 to 3 pieces and chop the remaining 2 cloves of garlic. Mix the remaining spice mix, the garlic with 2 tbsp oil. Marinate the chicken fillet in this.
You can prepare well up to this point. Then place it covered in the refrigerator or in a cool place (chicken must be in the refrigerator, of course).
Place the chicken fillet on the vegetables on the baking tray and place it in the preheated oven.
After 15 minutes it is ready. Remove from the oven and pull apart the chicken with 2 forks.
Quickly heat the wraps in the oven or microwave. And serve on the plate with guacamole, sour cream and the cheese. If you like it spicy, serve extra jalapeno peppers.
Enjoy your meal.
