Yogurt pudding with orange curd

This time I made this pudding with orange curd, but you can also use ready-made lemon curd (or homemade).

Fresh and fruity pudding

Dishes for 8 people.

Ingredients:

500 gr. Greek yoghurt

1 packet of vanilla-flavored sugar

20 gr. sugar

250 gr. orange curd (recipe is elsewhere on this site)

200 ml. cream

juice of 1/2 lemon

5 leaves of gelatin

a few spoons of Grand Manier

Preparation:

Soak the gelatin in plenty of water for at least 5 minutes.

Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, Greek yogurt and 125 gr. of the orange curd into a bowl and stir well.

Beat the whipped cream until stiff in another bowl.

Place the juice of half a lemon in a pan and bring to the boil. As soon as it boils, remove the pan from the heat and dissolve the squeezed gelatine in it.

Pour the juice into the yogurt mixture and stir well.

Now carefully fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture in 2 parts.

Rinse your pudding mold with cold water and pour the pudding into the mould.

Let this set in the refrigerator. Minimum 3 hours.

Transfer the pudding to a plate. Stir the remaining orange curd with a few spoons of Grand Manier and spoon it over the pudding.

Enjoy your meal.
