Another kind of TexMex dish. Believe my love for food is shifting.
Dish for 3 people.
Ingredients:
Marinade:
3 chicken fillet
3 tbsp sriracha sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lime juice (i.e. juice of half a lime)
Other:
9 tacos
1 avocado
100 grams of lettuce
2 spring onions
White sauce:
Small container of sour cream
Fresh coriander
1 tbsp lime juice
A little salty
Red sauce:
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1/2 tbsp honey
Preparation:
Place the sriracha, honey, salt and lime juice in a bowl. Mix this well. Cut the chicken fillet into coarse strips. Add this to the bowl with the sriracha sauce and let it marinate for a while.
Place the sour cream, finely chopped coriander and the juice of half a lime in a small sauce container. Mix this well and set it aside.
In another small bowl, mix together the 1 tbsp sriracha and 1/2 tbsp honey and set this aside as well.
Heat a pan and fry the chicken until done. Wrap the chicken in aluminum foil to keep it warm and let it rest.
Place the tacos in an oven dish and heat the tacos in the oven or as indicated on the package.
Now cut the spring onion into rings, the lettuce (if necessary) into strips and the avocado into cubes.
When everything is ready you have to work quickly. Cut the chicken and divide it over the tacos. Divide the lettuce, avocado and spring onion over this. Now spoon and spread the white sauce over it and then drizzle the red sauce over it.
Serve and eat immediately.
Enjoy your meal.
